By accessing or using GAGE, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the app or any of its services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use GAGE. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, your parent or legal guardian should review these terms. By using GAGE, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
GAGE is a live sports prediction platform where users make skill-based predictions on player performance and compete in group competitions. The platform is currently free to use, though paid features or subscription tiers may be introduced in the future.

All content, features, and functionality of GAGE are owned by GAGE Ventures, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. GAGE has a patent pending on its core game mechanics.
GAGE is a skill-based prediction game for entertainment purposes only. No cash prizes are currently offered. GAGE is not a sportsbook, gambling platform, or betting service.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of sports data, statistics, or real-time information displayed within the platform.
GAGE Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GAGE Ventures, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GAGE after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us for at least 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, it shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
