This page is for the GAGE app, made by GAGE Ventures, LLC. It shows you how to delete your account. It also tells you what we delete and what we keep.
This is the fastest way.
Your account is deleted right away. You cannot undo this.
Email privacy@gagesports.com. Tell us the phone number or email address you use to sign in to GAGE.
We check that the account is yours. Then we delete it within 30 days.
We keep the records of contests that are already finished. Other players were in those contests too. We keep the records so their results still add up.
In those records, your name is changed to "Deleted user" and your photo is removed. The records hold an internal account ID, which is a code our system uses. They hold nothing else about you. No phone number. No email. No name.
We keep these records for as long as the contest records exist.
If you sent us feedback from the app, we keep it with that same internal account ID. Email us if you want it deleted too.
Our backups can hold a copy of your data for up to 30 more days. Usage logs are kept for 90 days.
We use outside services for crash reports and analytics. They keep that data for their own set amount of time. For analytics, that is up to 2 years. Analytics data can include your username. Our Privacy Policy explains this.
